For all of our customers, ACL Climate offers comprehensive technical support to users of MAHLE/Brain Bee, Robinair and AVL DiTest air conditioning machines.

Including;-

  • Operator advice and troubleshooting
  • Remote connection to your machine* enabling individual components to be monitored and tested.
  • Telephone diagnostic support
  • Arrange Service Engineer visit for Service or Repair
  • Replacement PDF operating manual for your A/C machine**

The majority of equipment related issues are resolved via our Technical Support team.
On the occasions when this is not possible, an engineer visit to your premises can be arranged together with the most likely replacement parts to repair the unit.
