What to expect

The process of agreeing a Climate Care Service Contract starts with an informal conversation about your requirements. Subject to agreement and acceptance, one of our engineers will attend your premises, complete the initial service, and advise on the condition and performance of your Air Conditioning equipment.

Our aim is to help you minimise your Air Conditioning equipment downtime, leaving you and your team to concentrate on other areas of workshop activity. We will plan any routine maintenance work in consultation with you, so that disruption is kept to a minimum.

There are a number of options available to you, however, when you take out a Climate Care Service Contract, a few of the benefits you will receive are:

Before your contract renewal, we will give you a report about the Air Conditioning equipment at your premises. In this report we’ll highlight repeat any problems and suggest the best way forward.
