The Law

Regulation EC842/2006 (EU517/2014) and Directive 2006/40/EC Aims are to control leakage of HFC R134a and to phase out its use April 2008 - Commission Regulation EC No. 307/2008 published its minimum requirements for a refrigerant handling Qualification These requirements were adopted by the IMI

Since 4th July 2010 only personnel possessing this qualification are legally qualified to take delivery, handle and recover fluorinated refrigerant gases
