Equipment Training

ACL Climate appreciate that members of your staff will move on to different roles over a period of time, hence the need for training new people on Air Conditioning Equipment.
This is why we offer additional Operator Training for you when the need arises.
In common with many forms of Service and Repair activities, working with vehicle air conditioning systems carries some fundamental responsibilities.
There are some inherent risks when working with refrigerants and pressurised systems, and therefore care must be taken.
To ensure your technicians are competent and safe when using the equipment, our training allows for up to 2 hours on site, and includes the following:-

  • Up to 6 technicians in a single session
  • Refrigerant Recovery
  • System Vacuum
  • Oil Injection
  • Refrigerant Recharge
  • Internal Tank Refilling
  • Explanation of the Health & Safety risks & the correct use of PPE
All of the above is carried out at your premises on a date and time that is convenient for you.
